Amazing holiday resort
This is a fantastic experience and a great staycation place. The food is good and the service is excellent. Staff are above amazing. On to the evening entertainment and be prepared to be amazed. It is better than many West End shows we have seen. Difficult to put into words, beyond any expectations. Daytime activities are plentiful from crafts to quizzes. Four meals daily with drinks included in the price. The place is spotlessly clean. You have to go and try this place to believe it.

As relaxing or as fun-filled as you like
Our group ranges from ages 20 to 90 years. There are so many activities to do for everyone, or just chill in the pool and bars. Hotel rooms are spacious and lovely. The staff are impeccable and go above and beyond. We love it and for the price it is amazing! We have re-booked and can't wait to be pampered for a few days again. Great food & drink selection, more than enough entertainment. I must say whoever does the hiring does an incredible job as we are all made to feel special.

Brilliant
The check-in was smooth and expertly done. We met up with friends and Potters sorted it easily so we were able to dine at the same table. Our Premier Hotel room was spacious and clean with a huge shower and wash products. The bed was huge and VERY comfortable, along with the pillows. The restaurant service and meals were to die for, as was the drinks service throughout the day & night. The staff are magnificent. The shows are SPECTACULAR and of West End quality (if not better!) With so much to do, we didn't want to leave. It's like becoming one of the Family there. We are definitely returning very soon. We've been 'Potterized' that's for sure.
