Choose from Village rooms set in the stunning grounds just a short walk from the main Resort, or our Hotel amongst the central facilities. You’ll enjoy Premier rooms as standard, or you can upgrade to experience added facilities in Deluxe, countryside views in Plus, or the best of both in a Suite. Most grades have a variety of twin and double accommodation available.

Throughout your Autumn Break, you can enjoy a wide range of sports, activities and leisure facilities designed to give you the best possible time.

Potters - simply the best!
There's a reason we keep returning to Potters (5 Lakes and Hopton) and that's because of the outstanding quality. Nothing is too much trouble for staff, food is good - something for everyone, entertainment is as good as any West End Show or cabaret club. A different show every night and our last trip two new shows which were excellent. Plenty to do throughout the day and evening and top brand drinks included. Generally over 50s age range, which suits us. Can't wait for our next visit - thank you Potters!

Best resort ever
Arrival was smooth, rooms ready on time. Clean and comfortable bungalow. The food and drink is exceptional. Even though it is all inclusive you don't see people drunk. Lots and lots of included activities, the entertainment team belong in the west end! Mark Brewer greets guests and takes time to make everyone included. This is our second visit and we are already booking the next.

Fantastic stay 5* we were very well looked after for our stay, great staff friendly and helpful especially Sophie our waitress and David the chef, I was apprehensive about all inclusive food and drink but the food was excellent and branded drinks, entertainment was very professional as were the activities. Well done Potters we will be back
