End of Summer | Potters Resorts 2026

A welcome surprise

This was our first visit to Potters Resorts and we weren’t sure what to expect but we had one of the best holidays ever. We have cruised been to some beautiful places and this was up there with them. We found the activities great fun, tried Segway, Archery, Air rifle, pitch n putt and even a water colour painting class and each was great fun, whenever we wondered what to do next it was on to the shuffle boards which we are now addicted to, the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were a great addition for a relaxing couple of hours.

Potter’s excels at everything. Accommodations, f ood & entertainment - it’s all 1st class. Nothing is too much trouble. Just ask & it’s done. I highly recommend you try it for yourself. Be prepared to have the most fun!

Thanks Five Lakes

It was our first time at Five Lakes so did not know what to expect. We needn't have worried. What a fantastic 4 night break away. Everything is no trouble from the staff. Entertainment was first class from the singing, dancing, quick change of costumes, table service. A great food menu each day. Booked for next year already.

Wonderful vacation for all

Many activities on offer for all ages, top class entertainment, wonderful staff service in all areas. Delicious meals and drink available all day, thoroughly enjoyed by all on our first family break at Potters, we booked another for next year including taking Grandma so ages 8 - 97! But folks the very best is that once you park your car there, with all that's on offer you have no need to leave or spend anything!

A perfect festive stay

We had another fantastic stay. Food was lovely and the whole place was full of Christmas magic. The team dressed up along with mince pies and mulled wine was a lovely welcome. The Christmas show was absolutely brilliant the best we have seen there. Perfect to get you into the Christmas spirit. It's so lovely to kick back and have everything included and feel so safe as a family on resort. We danced the night away in our matching PJ's at the silent disco and everyone was so lovely to the children. I can't wait to visit again, it can look expensive on the surface but when you truly see and experience potters you'll soon find it is worth every penny.

A holiday that must be experienced

Brilliant holiday. Staff friendly and helpful and plenty of them. Food excellent with a good choice and drinks a plenty. Entertainment throughout the day and the evening shows some of the best I've ever seen. Overall couldn't beat it, back again in Feb.

Will definitely return!

Would highly recommend Five Lakes, very friendly staff, delicious food, shows were magnificent. We've done Warners a few times but this resort by far outshines them in every way.

Potters is our favourite place

Absolutely fab time at Potters this year on our annual trip with friends. Could not fault a thing. Fabulous company, food, accommodation and entertainment. Rebooked for next year so as to get the hotel rooms we like. Also booked for half term to take the family and grandchildren. Best value for money I spend each year!

We just can't wait to return!

As always, we had the most amazing break at Potters. There was SO much to do for all our family (ages ranging from 7 to 65 years) that we hardly had time to fit everything in! The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are all so polite and helpful. Our bungalow was very clean, warm and comfortable. The firework display was wonderful!

Truly amazing time

My wife and myself went to Five Lakes at the beginning of October, our weekend break was as usual absolutely fantastic. We were over the moon with our accommodation, table in the restaurant, the entertainment, the food - just everything was commendable. We feel once you arrive you are completely looked after, we cannot wait until we will be returning in the new year. Hats off to every member of staff. Thank you Potters for making great memories.

Phenomenal

We first started going to Potters in 2017, since that 1st incredible experience we have been back not once, but multiple times every year. I can not recommend Potters enough. It's a breath of fresh air as a family run business they treat their staff fairly but more importantly with respect. So if you are looking for a fantastic break away look no further. Unless you want to buy something from the shop, you can put your money away and enjoy yourself!

Hook line and reeled in

From the moment we walked through the lobby doors we were hooked, and the whole process of being wound into what we now call our home away from home began. From spotting our 1st coveted yellow badge, and on to win a medal or 4. The spirit of joining in becomes compulsive and is so much fun. The staff are magnificent, every one of them nothing is too much trouble. Entertainment was spectacular, top shows. We do not have a bad word to say. We are booking again ,we were reeled in!
