To keep all Friends offers exclusive, every person on a booking will need to become a Friend to qualify for the saving. But don’t worry, with our ‘First Stay Promise’, everyone is guaranteed to save their membership fee with their first Friends offer booking.
Every Friend must be over 18 to join. On family breaks at Hopton-on-Sea, accompanying children will be eligible for Friends savings if all adults on the booking are members.

Terms & Conditions
If you join Friends before 1st September 2026, your membership fee will remain £49 per person, per year until after your 2029 renewal. From 2030 onwards, membership fees may change. We'll always let you know in advance of any increase. If you cancel your membership before your 2029 renewal, any future membership will be at the increased Friends subscription. The £49 per person rate only applies to members included in your Friends membership when you join. Any new members added later will pay the Friends membership fee in effect at that time (for example, £99 per person per year from 1st September 2026).
Calls are charged at the national rate and in many cases count toward inclusive minutes on landline and mobile contracts.
