Pre-Arrival Information - Five Lakes

Hello and welcome to Potters Resorts Five Lakes! We are excited to have you and your group join us for your upcoming fully inclusive break. Here are some important details to know ahead of your stay with us. As the Group leader for your booking, please share this important information with everyone in your party.

Before you arrive, some important pre-arrival questions...

1. Do you need to tell us about any additional dietary requirements or special assistance that you didn't already mention at the time of booking?

2. Does anyone in your party rely on medical equipment that requires continuous power through the night?

3. Has anyone in your party felt unwell with symptoms that could be communicable to other guests and team members, within 2 days of your arrival?

If your answer to any of the above is "Yes" then please call us on 0333 3207 475 at your earliest convenience and before the day of your arrival so our team can help.

Early Check-ins

We may still have a limited number of Early Check-ins available on your break. Add on for £30 per room by calling our friendly advisors on 0333 3207 475.

Arrive on resort from 11am on your check-in day and access your accommodation from 12pm.

Our early check-in service must be reserved in advance and cannot be purchased on the day of arrival. This service is offered on a limited, first-come, first-served basis and can only be added to your booking by calling our sales team.

Arrival Lunches

Why not start your break with a delicious two-course lunch? Served from 12:30pm to 1.30pm, as a Group Leader, you and one guest can enjoy this lunch completely free of charge.

Arrival lunches can be purchased on the day of your arrival, subject to availability, for a higher price of £19.95.

Free to Enter Bowls Tournaments

Enhance your midweek break with our optional indoor bowls tournaments, available free of charge on most midweek breaks between September and May.

If you’re arriving for a midweek break featuring a tournament and haven’t yet registered but wish to participate, please contact our team on 0333 3207 475 as soon as possible to secure your spot. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept late entries as tournaments are planned in advance.

For information about bowls tournament formats, visit www.pottersresorts.com/bowls/formats. If you’d prefer a casual game instead of joining a tournament, simply visit our sports kiosk to check rink availability for a ‘roll-up’. Please note this is subject to availability.
