Festive Code Cracker Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over.
2. Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Potters Leisure Limited (“PLL”), its group companies, their family members or anyone else connected to the competition.
3. This competition is promoted by PLL. Entrants may share this information on social media platforms, but this by no means implies that this competition is endorsed, promoted, administered, sponsored or in any way associated with any company other than PLL.
4. Registration into the competition signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our website's cookie policy.
5. The competition prize cannot be used against an existing booking.
6. PLL reserves the right to withdraw, amend or change this competition at any time and without prior notice.
7. The competition prize will include full board dining, drinks throughout the stay, accommodation and use of sport and leisure facilities and entertainment.
8. This competition requires full names and email addresses to be submitted to ensure a valid entry, as well as the correct code.
9. All correct entries across all of our Festive breaks will be entered into our prize draw, drawn in January, to select the winner.
10. The winner will be able to select their prize from three breaks: • An adult only 3-night weekend break for 2 people on 30th January 2026 at Potters Resorts Five Lakes • An adult only 3-night weekend break for 2 people on 30th January 2026 at Potters Resorts Hopton-on-Sea • A family 3-night weekend Half Term break for 2 adults and 2 children on 13th February 2026 at Potters Resorts Hopton-on-Sea These are the only dates available as prizes. Break dates are non-transferable and carry no cash value equivalent.
11. Winners will be notified by email and will need to confirm acceptance of the prize within 72 hours, or a new winner will be redrawn.
12. By registering for this competition, you are giving PLL permission to email you with information and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe from these email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe links in individual emails.
