Meet Your Dance Hosts: Richard & Lynn Miller
At the heart of every Potters Resorts Dance Break is its exceptional hosts, Richard and Lynn Miller — a duo whose passion, experience, and warmth shine through every class.
Richard began dancing at the age of nine, and Lynn at five. Both started at local dance schools, building strong foundations in Ballroom and Latin before progressing to exams and competitions.
When they teamed up at just fourteen, their shared dedication saw them take their training to the next level, studying in London with top specialist coaches.
Their hard work paid off. County championship titles, numerous competition wins, and growing recognition soon followed, establishing them as respected names in the dance world.
In 1990, Richard and Lynn opened their own dance school in Norwich, passing on their knowledge and nurturing new generations of dancers. Today, they run a highly successful dance centre alongside their many professional commitments. Richard is regularly invited to act as musical director at prestigious events, and both are international adjudicators.
For more than 15 years, they have brought their expertise to Potters Resorts, teaching everything from elegant ballroom classics to lively Latin routines — always delivered with warmth, humour, and encouragement.
Guests consistently praise their ability to make everyone feel confident, capable, and included, no matter their experience level.
