At the heart of the weekend is the much-loved Social Media Awards, where our twelve Social Media Fans of the Month from across the year are celebrated for their enthusiasm, creativity, and unwavering support.
Each winner was presented with their very own Potters mini-figure — a unique keepsake marking their place in our ever-growing online story.
The ceremony was hosted by Jack Jenkins and James R Hearn, who kept the atmosphere light, fun, and laughter-filled. Meanwhile, Managing Director Mike Scott added to proceedings with a heartfelt speech.
