Summer Code Case Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over.
2. Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Potters Leisure Limited (“PLL”), its group companies, their family members or anyone else connected to the competition.
3. This competition is promoted by PLL. Entrants may share this information on social media platforms, but this by no means implies that this competition is endorsed, promoted, administered, sponsored or in any way associated with any company other than PLL.
4. Registration into the competition signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our website's cookie policy.
5. PLL reserves the right to withdraw, amend or change this competition at any time and without prior notice.
6. The prize is a Nintendo Switch 2 and is non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitute prize will be offered.
7. This competition requires full names and email addresses to be submitted to ensure a valid entry, as well as the correct code.
8. All correct entries across all of our 2026 Summer breaks will be entered into our prize draw, drawn in September 2026, to select the winner.
9. The winner will be notified by email and will need to confirm acceptance of the prize within 72 hours, or a new winner will be redrawn.
10. By registering for this competition, you are giving PLL permission to email you with information and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe from these email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe links in individual emails.
11. Competition is governed by English law.
