Pre-Arrival Information - Hopton-on-Sea

Hello and welcome to Potters Resorts Hopton-on-Sea! We are excited to have you join us for your upcoming fully inclusive break. Here are some important details to know ahead of your stay with us. As the lead name on your booking, please share this important information with everyone in your party.

Before you arrive, two important pre-arrival questions...

1. Do you need to tell us about any additional dietary requirements or special assistance that you didn't already mention at the time of booking?

2. Has anyone in your party felt unwell with symptoms that could be communicable to other guests and team members, within 2 days of your arrival?

If your answer to either of the above is "Yes" then please call us on 0333 3207 414 at your earliest convenience and before the day of your arrival so our team can help.

Travelling with medical equipment, medication or medical sharps

If you use any medical equipment that needs continuous power overnight, we kindly recommend bringing your own power pack. While power cuts are rare, we’re unable to provide power packs or guarantee uninterrupted electricity in the event of unexpected outages.

If you are travelling with medication or medical equipment that involves the use of needles, syringes, lancets (finger-prick devices), or any other sharps, please let our Reservations Team know before your arrival.

This allows us to make sure the appropriate arrangements are in place for the safe use, storage and disposal of sharps during your stay, including the provision of a suitable sharps disposal container where required.

For the safety of our guests and team, medical sharps must never be placed in general waste bins or left loose within your accommodation and should always be disposed of in an appropriate sharps container.
