Potters Resorts voted best in the industry by Which? Magazine Survey

Potters Resorts has come out on top of a recent Which? survey, which saw a number of national and independent holiday parks and resorts including Center Parcs, Hoseasons, Warner Leisure Villages, Butlin’s and a host of others, rated by its readers.

The family-run company which has two resorts in Hopton-on-Sea in Norfolk and Maldon in Essex, scored 5/5 in all categories including value for money, quality of accommodation, entertainment and customer service, as well as achieving an overall customer score of 88%. In doing so, Potters Resorts have also become a Which? Recommended Provider.

Having opened in 1920 as the UK’s first permanent and mixed-use holiday destination, Potters Resorts was also the very first, at their resort in Hopton-on-Sea, to achieve 5 Star Holiday Village status by the then English Tourist Board (now VisitEngland) in 2003; a status they have retained for 20 consecutive years.

Since the pandemic, their breaks have become all-inclusive, again, the very first in the UK to do so, and guests enjoy comfortable accommodation, live entertainment and activities day and night, sports and leisure facilities, food and drink, all as standard within one price with Which? readers commenting on the great value they offer.
