Potters Resorts tops Which? readers survey for the third consecutive time
In 2022 and 2024, readers of Which? — the UK’s consumer champion — rated Potters Resorts the best holiday resorts in the UK.
The independent survey, which takes place every two years, saw our family-owned business match up against some of the biggest names in the UK holiday industry, including Center Parcs, Warner Leisure, Butlin’s, Forest Holidays, and many more.
Needless to say, we were waiting with bated breath for the results in 2026.
Based on the opinions of more than 2,000 Which? members, guests are asked to rate their experiences across a range of categories, including customer service, cleanliness, accommodation, food and drink, entertainment, facilities, and value for money.
And in 2026 — for the third consecutive time — Potters achieved the highest overall customer score, earning Which? Recommended Provider status and reinforcing its position as the UK’s very best.

Their survey said…
The 2026 Which? Report saw Potters’ Fully Inclusive Breaks and Resorts achieve an overall customer score of 83%.
Readers gave Potters Resorts five stars for Customer Service, Facilities, Activities & Entertainment, plus Food & Drink.
And not to be outscored in ANY category, four stars were also awarded to Potters Resorts for Quality of Accommodation, Cleanliness, and Value for Money.
"Forget everything you think you know about holiday parks, as Potters’ attentive service and first-class facilities will wow you — with no sneaky charges later on."

Managing Director Mike Scott, said:
“To be named the UK’s Best Holiday Parks & Resorts by Which? readers is a fantastic achievement. To have topped the list in three consecutive surveys since 2022 is something we’re immensely proud of, especially among so many well-known UK break providers.
“Recognition from Which? means so much because it reflects the honest opinions and experiences of guests. It tells people what it’s really like to stay with us and makes this achievement all the more special.
“As a family-owned business, we can’t compete with the household names on marketing budgets, and we don’t try to. Instead, we focus on giving every guest an exceptional experience. Our breaks are fully inclusive, so we’re not constantly trying to upsell or charge guests for every little extra. It means our guests can simply relax and have fun, while our team can focus entirely on looking after them and making their stay memorable.
“This recognition reinforces what we’ve always believed: Potters Resorts offers the best breaks in the UK. And, of course, a huge thank you must go to our amazing team and our lovely guests, who together have made Potters such a special place.”

Chief Operating Officer Kirstie Hood, added:
“This is recognition for every single member of our team across both resorts. Everything we do starts with delivering an exceptional guest experience, so to see those efforts reflected in the Which? article means a tremendous amount.
“We’ve always believed that how we look after our guests is the best form of advertising. Positive word of mouth has been at the heart of Potters for more than a century, and this award is another reminder that putting guests first continues to separate us from the rest.”

What makes Potters different has never been one individual thing. It’s the combination of genuinely inclusive hospitality, exceptional entertainment, outstanding facilities and, above all, the warmth and dedication of our team.
The freedom, atmosphere and camaraderie that our fully inclusive breaks offer create an experience that’s difficult to replicate elsewhere. At Potters, we want guests to simply relax, enjoy themselves and make the most of every moment together. That’s what holidays are about. And to know that Which? readers have once again rated us the very best in the country is something we don’t take for granted.
Wherever you take the time to share your experiences — be it Tripadvisor, Google, Trustpilot or Which? — thank you. And to our brilliant team, whose passion and commitment make recognition like this possible, you are one of a kind.
